Mythical Quest

Myself and Adam Slater (the_adam_slater on Instagram) were reached out to by acting students to help them film for their end of year event. The project they landed on was a fusion of Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. This was filmed at Arthur’s Seat, on what felt like the hottest day of the year thus far.

We had previously worked together on a handful of projects, so everyone was in a great mood and having a fun time. The shoot itself didn’t possess many difficulties, outside of helping the actors visualise and frame the shots they had in mind, however I was left completely sunburned.

In the end, the actors seemed very pleased with the quality of the footage and were grateful for the time and effort we put into the project.
